Winter Green Homes Ltd. is primarily a New Home Builder, but we do undertake some Extensive Renovations projects, which entails baring down a Property to its bare studs. When we do take on Renovations projects, we treat them with the same finesse and challenge that we do for New Homes.

In our renovation work, we have planned and executed everything from extension of the house to re-doing exterior finishes to converting attached Garages to living spaces to adding new washrooms and developing fabulous basements and adding Garages to properties.
